If you want to find out more about the digiboomers and their digital accessibility needs, we have prepared an introductory brochure, which is available in either PDF or Word format. Just contact us using the form on this page, and we’ll send you your document.
Who are Older Adults?
Older adults - or digiboomers - make up almost a third of the UK population. They control around 70% of the nation’s household wealth, and contribute £300 billion to UK economy. This demographic’s growth in spending is higher than any other.
Yet the accessibility needs of this sizeable and important demographic are poorly understood or catered for. No wonder older adults are twice as likely to abandon a task on the internet as someone under 30 years of age.
New to Global Accessibility Awareness Day?
